Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 to 18 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Should you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not have an account or are unable to log in to your account, please contact us indicating your order number, shipping address, phone number, name of item and reason for return. You may use the contact us link tab above to send us your return request.
Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in the United States. Sorry, we do not ship to international destinations.
When you place an order, you can estimate shipping and delivery charges in the shopping cart or during our secure checkout process.
We normally ship the very same (Business) day for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Standard - East Coast Time Zone). USPS & UPS usually picks up between 3 & 4 PM EST.
We do not ship on weekends, holidays or extended holiday weekends. UPS & USPS does not include weekends or holidays in their "in transit" time calculation. [example:] An order requesting Next Day Air that is placed on Friday will not arrive untill the next business day, which would mean a Monday delivery (excluding holidays) Never count weekends or holidays when you are estimating your expected delivery date. Most products are in stock at the time you place your order. However, immediate shipment is subject to the day and time you placed your order and product availablility.
If your request delivery to a PO Box only address, please use USPS First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail. UPS will not deliver any packages to a Post Office Box.
Aerosol cans cannot be shipped by air or via an expedited shipping service. Aerosols can only be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. If you order contains and aerosol, It will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. Expedited shipping services are not allowed for aerosols. It is Federal law.
A Signature May Be Required.
Please make sure someone is at home to receive your package. Products returned for failure to retrieve your package from the shipper will not be reshipped. A refund will be issued minus shipping & handling and the products will have to be reordered. You may waive a signature in the comment section when ordering. However, packages with a high insurance value may still require a signature by the shipper.
There are some Items on this website that cannot be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Items that cannot be shipped USPS will be shipped UPS , at no additional cost to you. Temps Vents & large fly lights are shipped via UPS only. Do not choose expedited shipping services for Temp Vents or Temp Vent vent wells. They are too large and the shipping calculator will not reflect the extra fee for over sized items. Choose UPS ground only when ordering temp vents or temp vent wells.
NOTICE: Some items are shipped directly from our distributors warehouse to speed up delivery time. Items shipped from our distributors are normally shipped via UPS at no additional cost to you.
