Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping & handling charges. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

Should you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not have an account or are unable to log in to your account, please contact us indicating your order number, shipping address, phone number, name of item and reason for return. You may use the contact us link tab above to send us your return request. Customer is responsible for any return shipping & handling fees unless your order was damaged during shipment and we are notified within 1 business day of the confirmed delivery date. Be sure to check your package and items for damage as soon as they arrive and before the delivery driver leaves whenever possible.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 to 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Refunds will be minus the original shipping fee and a 10% handling fee. (Shipping & handling fees are waved if items are returned as a result of damage during the original shipment of your order)
