Pest Control America's customer service goal is simple:

We are committed to providing our customers with the best pest control products available.

Most orders are processed immediately and shipped the same day or the next day Monday through Friday. Usually, orders placed before 2PM will go out the same day. We do not ship any products on Saturday, Sunday or on Holiday's. Expedited shipping options are shipped the same day or the Next business day. This also applies to Next Day Air.

We strive to ship our products promptly. However, we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur do to unforseen conditions.

We do not offer any guaranteed Saturday delivery service options. UPS does not pick up or deliver on Weekends or Major Holidays.

UPS Next day, 2 Day or 3 Day Select shipping or delivery, does not include weekends or holidays.

Average shipping times are 1-6 business days and vary by state. (Example: States surrounding Maryland usually only take 1 or 2 days for delivery. Seattle Washington averages about 6 business days.)
