Q: Why do Products disappear from shopping cart during checkout

A: Cookies are required to keep products in shopping cart during checkout. Please enable cookies by adjusting your browser’s privacy settings to MEDIUM should you encounter this problem.

Q:  How can I view the status of my order?

A:  Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:  Can I pay by check or money order?

A:  Yes, You have an option at checkout to choose to send a check or money order for your products. We will keep your order on file for 7 days. Once your check or money order arrives and is processed, we will ship your product(s) to you.

Q:  Do you ship any products overseas?

A:  No, we only ship to the continental United States.

Q:  Do you ship all products to every state?

A:  The item description specifies the states that we cannot ship to.

Q: Will my order include shipping insurance?

A: Yes, all shipping options include shipping insurance.
