Returns Policy: All sales are considered final - Refund on returned products if unused, unopened and in resell-able condition. Refund is minus all shipping and handling fees incurred by Pest Control America and a 10% restocking charge applies. No refunds after 30 days from shipping date of product. 

For Health reasons. All Protect-A-Bed Matress or Box Spring Encasement's Sales are Final, with the exception of Faulty Items. Faulty Encasements must be returned within 36 hours for a exchange. We will not except any used Encasements. If we determine the encasement has been used. It will be returned to you COD and no replacement or refund will be issued. We will not replace any enasement of which we were not notified of the default within 36 hours of confirmed delivery notification. Please inspect your merhandise immediatley upon receipt. If you have any problem. e-mail us at sales@pestcontrolamerica.com immediatley to qualify for a replacement.

Shipping: Pest Control America will replace any item lost or damaged during shipment, from the time your package leaves our warehouse untill the time delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS tracking. Please be sure you are available to receive your packages, or leave instructions for UPS or the US Postal Service concerning the delivery of your package(s).

California residents are restricted from using most pesticides without  permission from your California pesticide regulatory agencies. Therefore, we choose not to ship Pesticides to California.

We do not ship internationally. International orders will be canceled and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

UPS Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Select delivery refers to business days only.

Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Be aware, we usually ship the very same (Business) day for Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Select orders. However, It is possible that your order may not be shipped until the next business day. This depends on the time of the day and whether or not UPS has already picked up for that day. USPS & UPS usually pick up between 3 & 4 PM East Coast Time. Orders received after 12 Noon may not be picked up by UPS until the next business days daily pick-up.  USPS or UPS do not pick up on weekends or holidays.

Also, please keep in mind, Shipping times average no more than 1 to 6 business days from our store, to your door, depending on your location. We ship from Baltimore, MD.
